Technician app

Ali Al Amri, MT-041. Big buttons, few words, and a language switch that includes Hindi and Urdu because that is who does this work. He sees his own jobs and nothing else.

Jobs

Grouped as tenant complaints, routine checks due today, and what he has already finished. The red bar is urgent. Tap the first one to open it.

Inside a job

The tenant's own words, a progress strip, the photos so far, and a short form: what did you do, notes, parts used. The job cannot be closed without an after photo. That single rule is what makes the whole record trustworthy, and the time comes from the server, not the phone.

Scan

Every AC, pump and water heater carries a QR sticker. Scanning opens that unit's full history: bought in 2024, fan motor replaced under warranty, moved from Flat 210 to Flat 104, serviced in March. The question "was this AC replaced or not" stops being an argument.

Log work

Most of their day has no complaint behind it. Painting, corridor lights, clearing drains. Thirty seconds to log it, and the day gets counted.
