Attendance and Leave — staff view

This is what an employee sees, and nothing more. Maryam Al Saadi, a clerk, marks her own day, applies for leave, looks at her own history and reports a wrong entry. She cannot see anyone else's record.

Marking the day

One button. The green bar confirms she is on the office network, because attendance cannot be marked from home. Press End my day and the state changes.

Leave

Balance across the top, then the application form. Choose Sick leave and a medical certificate upload appears. Below, her own requests with their status, including one that was declined.

Wrong entries

She reports, her manager corrects. The correction is logged with the manager's name and her reason, so no time is ever changed quietly.

Where it goes from here

Every leave request and every attendance record from this app appears in the main admin system. The manager approves, HR records it, and the super admin sees all staff across all buildings: the daily board, the monthly payroll sheet, the exception list and the leave calendar.

Coming later

That admin side is built last, once all the staff-facing apps are agreed.
